I joined Freedom 55 Financial, a division of London Life in 1996 as a financial security advisor. In 1998, I was promoted as a Director in the Sarnia office, responsible for the training and development of a team of advisors, as well as the role of Branch Manager. In 2002, I was again promoted to Professional Development Manager at Head Office in London, where I was responsible for the training and development of the Directors across Canada.
